What We Do

Teach Classes

We teach live and self-paced mindfulness-based yoga classes and educational workshops for people of all age, race, body type, and fitness level.

Program Development

We develop custom mindfulness-based yoga programs that begin with listening to your needs and goals. Each program is grounded in the most recent scholarly research.

Teacher Training

We train teachers of diverse cultural and racial backgrounds to increase equitable access to mindfulness-based yoga practices. Our training is an internationally recognized program registered with Yoga Alliance.

Who we work with

We work with health organizations that want to integrate mindfulness-based yoga practices with modern healthcare through specialized mindfulness-based yoga programs.
